What materials do I use to make jewelry?
My jewelry is made with the highest quality materials. In order to make one-of-a-kind pieces, I search the Internet and shop in specialty markets in New York City, China and many other markets for the most unique materials. I use sterling silver, various metals, Swarvoski crystals, pearls and lamp work beads designed by different artists.
How do I determine my bracelet size?
First, you can find a bracelet that fits you and measure it from end to end.
Second, you can measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape fitting securely around the wrist and then add an inch to this measurement. For example, if your wrist measures 6 inches, you would need a bracelet length of 7 inches. Bracelets can be made a little longer, but you don’t want the bracelet to be too loose and fall off.
What is your shipping policy?
All items will be shipped USPS except when stated otherwise. My goal is to ship items as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. Custom orders often take more time.
Shipping outside the US may cost more. Please contact me directly for the additional shipping costs outside of the country.
What is your return policy?
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry order. If you are not satisfied, you may return the purchase order for a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 10 days of receipt.
After that period, you can return the piece for a full credit, minus shipping costs, towards the purchase of a different item.
Do you accept custom orders?
Of course! You can directly contact me for all special orders. (504 460 6225) or via email.
